How long will it take my order to arrive?
Your order will be shipped first class via USPS. First class orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days. Priority in 2-4 business days. International orders usually in 12 to 14 business days. We strive to ship all orders same day when placed by 1pm EST. Many days we make several trips to the post office to ship out as many orders as we can before the last truck goes out. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and handling is calculated during checkout, and will change depending on the size of your order and your location. We have great deals setup with the US Post Office that gives us discounted rates on shipping. We pass these savings onto you!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still purchase from this store?
Yes! PayPal can still process your credit card even if you are not a current account holder. During the checkout process, simply choose to checkout as a guest. Of course if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Yes. We are a United States based company, and always ship from the USA. When you order from us, you will always receive your order quicker than any of the international web stores.

Do you have extra strings?
We include an extra string in every order of TK16 and Ozora Kendamas. The Keyaki and SunRise brand do not include extra strings, however we do sell replacement strings in our webstore.
Is it true that the Kendama is the best toy in the world?
After extensive testing and research, we can officially verify that the Kendama is, in fact, the best toy in the world, in our humble opinion.
I’m considering NOT buying a Kendama, is this a mistake?
I’m glad you asked. According to our graphs, yes, we think failure to purchase a Kendama would be a HUGE mistake. It’s much better that you buy one today.
